Growing up by the sea and forest, I have always felt a strong sense of peace and balance in natural environments.
With my experience and knowledge, I am passionate about sharing the benefits of holistic therapy and aromatherapy for clients wellbeing. I have seen first hand how these can positively affect our mental and physical health, and I love helping people to pause & connect to help improve their overall well-being.
My treatments incorporate natural elements such as aromatherapy and massage therapy to promote relaxation and balance. Whether you are looking to reduce stress, ease muscular pain, or simply take some time for yourself, I am here to support you on your journey to better health and wellbeing.
​I have experience working with people with disabilities, and I understand the importance of tailoring treatments to meet their specific needs. My sessions are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone, and I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for all.​
I trained at the wonderful Cotswold Academy and gained a distinction in Aromatherapy ITEC, picking up from my previous training in the New Forest 2008-2011.
